1. Orders

You can order online at www.maksimmorin.com.
 

2. Item availability

All orders are filled from our Internet warehouse. In-stock products normally ship within 2 to 4 weeks. However, Maksim Morin cannot be held responsible for non-adherence to posted delivery timeframes. When a provider informs us that an item on order is no longer available, the customer will be notified by email.
 

3. Pricing

Prices displayed on www.maksimmorin.com are in Canadian dollars, before taxes and shipping costs. The amount must be paid in one full instalment when the order is placed. All orders must be paid in Canadian dollars. Any local taxes for deliveries outside Canada are at the recipient’s expense.
 

4. Shipping costs

Shipping costs include preparation and packing fees, plus postage. These costs are included in the product price.
 

5. Payment

Orders made online at www.maksimmorin.com must be paid for using PayPal.
 

6. Delivery times

Allow five business days to process orders for products in stock at our warehouse, plus an extra week on average for deliveries to Quebec. Maksim Morin cannot be held responsible for late deliveries resulting from out-of-stock products or reasons attributable to the carrier.
 

7. Returns

Items provided by maksimmorin.com are new and guaranteed free of defects. If an item is defective or does not match the order, Maksim Morin will exchange it or refund you for it, including shipping costs, within ten days of the delivery date provided it is accompanied by the delivery note and a copy of the maksimmorin.com receipt. To return merchandise, customers must send an email to info@maksimorin.com. The Maksim Morin customer service team will handle the exchange or refund.

If a customer would like to return a product purchased at maksimmorin.com for any other reason, they can choose to exchange it or have it refund. The item must be exchanged within ten days of its delivery. However, if the product is not defective, the return will be subject to a 20% administrative fee and the shipping costs will not be reimbursed.
